I'm not usually the type to get into beauty, but my friend showed me a way to make your lips soft and your teeth whiter. She bugged me to try them, so I did, and I'm happy to say that they worked. I figured I ought to share them! <3

How to make your lips softer

1.Get warm water.
2.Put about 1 tea spoon of white sugar into the small dish.
3.Get enough warm water in your dish to make a paste with the sugar and mix it up with your finger.
4.Take your sugar mix and gently rub it on your lips with your finger. Don’t lick it off ... I know you want to, but you should rub for at least a few minutes.
Take a warm washcloth, and gently wipe it off your lips. Feels great, don’t it?

How to make your teeth whiter

1.Get 1 ripe strawberry and baking soda.
2.Crush the strawberry into a pulp.
3.Mix about 1 tea spoon of baking soda with the strawberyy pulp until you get a paste.
4.With a soft toothbrush, spread the paste over your teeth. (Not too hard!)
5.Leave on for five minutes, then wash off.
6.Brush your teeth afterwards.
7.Apply once a week for better results.
